We are delighted to announce that UMS Flowell has filed a patent at the UK Patent Office for our Y-Valve Advanced. Patent Number GB1915669.4 – Combined Y-Valve and Flow Diverter Valve Assembly, has been filed at the UK Patent Office.
The Y-Valve Advanced incorporates the features of our Y-Valve and FMDV into a single unit which provides customers the benefits of both these valves in combination to eliminate the need for slickline runs to retrieve a blanking plug and also protect their ESP from backflow and accumulation of solids.
