Open Sided Vise (Baker Vise)
The UMS Flowell open sided vise, is a low cost workshop vise ideal for securely gripping assemblies at a working height allowing the part to be worked on safely.
The part requiring to be worked on is gripped in the vise allowing break out or make up of threaded components using chain tongs or strap wrenches.
The vise is a useful asset in all oilfield completion/downhole tools workshops, or in field workshop containers.
The standard vise can grip a range of pipe sizes from 1.5″ to 12″ diameter.
Custom vises can be quoted on request.
